    • Tuskegee University is committed to integrating institutional objectives in innovative ways to demonstrate excellence, access, and impact in all of our online programs. We greatly value your student experience and urge all students to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct. Please refer to this website for student expectations and student rights: Student Handbook.

    • When an issue is brought to our attention, Tuskegee University will take appropriate action to seek resolution. Students are encouraged to pursue Tuskegee University’s internal grievance procedures before contacting external sources. Communication with the course instructor is often the most direct route. If an issue cannot be resolved at that level, students may contact the academic unit for guidance. If the issue involves one of the following, please review the University-wide policies on the Registrar's webpage:

      • University Policy for Student Appeal Procedures on Grades
      • Registration and Drop/Add/Swap after the Published Deadline
      • Withdrawal from Classes (General Policy)

Tuskegee University desires to resolve student grievances, complaints, and concerns in an expeditious, fair, and amicable manner. Students residing outside Alabama while attending Tuskegee University should first follow the College's Student Grievance Procedure. If an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with your state.

    • Disciplinary sanctions may appear on your official transcript. Students are responsible for policies outlined in the Tuskegee University Student Handbook.
